The announcement was accompanied by an evil-eye emoji, with the couple choosing not to share additional details about their newborn daughter at this time. Fans and members of the film industry quickly flooded the post with congratulatory messages.
Dua Padukone Singh Becomes a Big Sister
The newborn is Deepika and Ranveer’s second child. Their first daughter, Dua, was born on September 8, 2024. With the arrival of their second baby girl, Dua has now become a big sister.
The couple had recently celebrated Dua’s second birthday. Around the same time, Ranveer shared previously unseen monochrome photographs from their maternity shoot with Deepika and Dua. He described the family’s excitement as their hearts continued to grow.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married in 2018 after several years of dating. Their relationship began around the time they worked together on Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela.
The couple welcomed their first child, Dua, in September 2024. Nearly two years later, their family has grown to four members with the arrival of their second daughter.
